Strengths: A single arrow can impale several ranks of an enemy formation, piercing not only plate armour, but shields too. These giantess are nearly as powerful as Siege Weapons.
Weaknesses: Their shots are rather inaccurate. It's easy for them to hit massed up enemies, but shooting a single foe is tough.
Riesenberg Siege Archers
The Giant Amazons of Riesenberg are actually quite the pacifists. They are naturally easy-going and defensive individuals, always trying to avoid direct confrontation by any possible means. However, just like any other amazon within the shores of Arandolia, whenever war becomes an inevitability they rise and fight with all their hearts to protect their people.

Riesenberg's regiments of Giantesses are among the fiercest and mightiest, simply because of their sheer size and strength. With an average height of over 2.25m and more than 170kg of pure muscle mass, any giantess can very well crush an opponent without even wielding a weapon. But they are also very skillfull in craftsmanship, actually taking to battle some of the best weaponry in Arandolia.

One of such weapons is their own adapted design of the yew longbow so widely used across Northern Arandolia. Way longer and substantially thicker than ordinary, a Giant Longbow can shoot much heavier arrows with far greater power. The projectile can't reach much further due to it's added weight, but it lands with such a fierce momentum that it can pierce all the way through several opponents before nailing itself to the ground.
Just like a walking ballista, those giant archers might even shatter gates with flaming arrows, which earned them the name of "Siege Archers". Many think they are professional huntresses, but in fact they aren't even very thoroughly trained in archery itself. Those women are usually a militia called to defend Riesenberg City shall war ever reaches its gates. With the sheer power of their bows, they simply aim at dense enemy formations and let the arrow shatter shields and armour alike on its trajectory. Their longbows aren't very accurate at all thanks to their sheer power, but against masses of infantry or static fortifications, they are devastating nonetheless.

So anyone should think very carefully before ever declaring war against the County of Riesenberg. The population of Giantesses is still small, wich reflects negatively in the overall number of soldiers they can muster. But what they lack in numbers, they more than compensate in ferocity and effectiveness in battle! A single Giantess can easily outmatch 5 average women in a tug of war, being able to defeat even more than those in any fight.
