Amazon Giantesses
A.K.A.: Gigamazon for Hellenic Amazons, Jötunn for the Norse
Homeland: Riesenberg County
Distinctive Characteristics: 2.25m~2.50m of average height, 115kg~180kg of well-developed musculature and the strength of 4 to 5 ordinary amazons makes them really stand out in a crowd.
Cultural Traits: Many average-sized amazons mistakenly believe Giantesses are big dumb violent brutes, when in reality they are outstandingly intelligent, industrious, peaceful and loving. If not a little bit introspective most of the time.

Gigantism is most common among the Norse Amazons and is notably a dominant inheritable trait. It causes whoever has this gene to grow substantially taller, heavier and stronger than typical amazons. Bones and muscles develop a lot further than usual as well, resulting in naturally athletic and resistant individuals even if they don't practice a lot of exercise. Towering over anyone else by over 2 heads of size-difference, the average Gigamazon/Jötunn is strong enough to overpower 4 or 5 non-giants in a tug of war.
There are downsides too, such as slow metabolism and a few health complications but, contrary to many mistaken stereotypes, Gigamazons are NOT less intelligent or more aggressive than normal Amazons. In fact, the Jötunn Amazons have the highest IQ scores in Arandolia, along with the lowest amount of violent incidents per capita.

As such, amazon Giantesses are great women in many regards, beyond the literal meaning of the word. Mostly concentrated around the mountainous settlements of the Theravalley Highlands due to the high acceptance of their kin by the locals, those colossal-sized amazons are notoriously talented craftswomen, avid readers, loving friends and, perhaps more widely renowned for than anything else, mighty warriors on the battlefield.

Both in craftsmanship and in war, they're often compared to the dwarven amazons from Iridia as some of the best in their trades. However, unlike the dwarves, the Giantesses are rather easy-going and open-minded people, whose hearts are said to be as big as their own colossal selves. They welcome non-giants and even dwarves within their cities with open arms, often marrying and producing offspring with non-giants, with a chance of roughly 50% of the offspring itself being a giant if only one parent is a Jötunn, or 75% if both parents are Jötunns.
