Battlefield Role: Commanders/High-Ranking Officers

Steeds: Amphitritian Bluesilver Warhorses

Weapons: A richly adorned, silver-coated, greatsword.

Outfit: Silk-covered brigandine armour.

Skill level: Experts in melee combat. Both in land and sea.

Affiliation: City-State of Ophidisia, in Amphitrite Bay

Doctrine: Amphitrite's Way of the Seafarer

Strengths: Elite warrioresses drawn from noblehouses that control Ophidisian territory. They're famous for focusing their training in leadership and tactical aptitude rather than fighting prowess.

Weaknesses: Those noblewomen rely a lot on their soldiers to do their fighting for them. Up to the point of not wearing full-plate.

Ophidisian Fangs

Usually owners of great plots of land covered in thick rain-forest vegetation, those women ascend from the wealthy noblehouses of Ophidisia who profit wonders from the exotic tropical trees that only grow in their territory. They exploit the commoners both economically and militarily, having them do all the work and all the fighting, while they just supervise and lay out orders to be followed to the letter.

Centuries of wars against the Athenian City-States honed the veteran commoner regiments of the Ophidisian Foot-Marines, up to the point in which the nobility started to move away from the front lines, leading it all from the safety of their armies' rearguard. But still the Fangs of Ophidisia can put up a good fight when needed. They wield greatswords to gain an advantage in reach over their foes, while some of them are quite infamous for coating their blades in snake venom, just to make any adversary think very carefully before ever getting too close.

They are women who should not be underestimated, because they know how to get things done. As long as they have their fellow Foot-Marine compatriots on their side, it's very unlikely anyone will reach their battlefield position anyway.
