Strengths: Intimidating presence, inhuman strength, thick skin and bones, armour-piercing improvised weaponry.
Weaknesses: Easy targets for missiles, lack of armour, shields and training. They will go down as easily as they will crush the enemy ranks. Unless they are properly supported by professional troops.
Riesenberg Giantess Militia
The Amazon Giantesses of Riesenberg are the miscegenation of the extinct Arandolian Giants and the Hellenic Amazons who settled in Arandolia a long time ago, forming a small but significant portion of the Theravalley Highlands' population. Their numbers grow slower than average due to longer gestation periods and enhanced pregnancy complications associated with their gigantism condition, but every giant baby who survives birth is born large and very healthy, growing fast and strong till reaching up to 2.30 meters of height and about 180kg of sheer muscle in adulthood.

Their strong metabolism, along with their sheer size and overall mass, makes them 5 times stronger than an average person. Many consider them to be mindless brutes on account of that, though Amazon Giantesses are usually rather gentle and peaceful by their inherent nature. Most of them are outstandingly intelligent as well, contrasting a lot with the stereotyped image of imbecility portrayed by those who never saw a giantess in person before.
​​In fact, Giantesses seem to have an innate talent for craftsmanship, forming a highly qualified workforce for the blazing forges of Riesenberg. They create outstanding weapons and tools, which they hold no reservations to wield in battle shall war comes to their doorsteps. Although they are usually averse of any kind of aggression, a giantess will defend her home and family with teeth and nails when threatened.
In the case of the militias in question, they are composed of simple farmers, lumberjacks, smiths, bakers, millers and any other giantess who take up arms to protect her kin. They have no training whatsoever, but still they are formidable foes to face. It's needless to say how effective they are in combat. Their sheer size, reach and strength are already enough to give them a hell of an advantage over any smaller foe, so they are easily able to take down several enemies with a single unstoppable swing of their two-handed hammers and axes, smashing armour like butter and crushing bones like dry sticks. Their ferocious charge alone is already enough to make some of the boldest warriors drop their weapons and run for their lives, making their presence on the battlefield quite a sight to behold and fear.

On the other hand, one need to bear in mind that large women are also easy targets for enemy arrows and projectiles, so a wise general usually do a good thing not to expose Giant Amazon Soldiers to enemy missiles. As much as the Riesenberg Giantesses are strong and mighty, they are not indestructible. They bleed pretty much like anyone else.
