Eris' Way of the Wicked

Eris' Way of the Wicked is a dark and corrupted amazon martial doctrine heavily focused on pure carnage and bloodlust. It's inspired in Eris, the wicked Goddess of Chaos and Doom, so the main principles of this obscene and dishonourable fighting style is to simply make your enemies tremble in sheer terror before you.

Although Eris is considered a powerful Goddess throughout the entirety of Arandolia, the vast majority of normal amazons curse her name in such a way that worshiping her is considered high heresy and punisheable by the full extend of law everywhere you may go. However, there is one place on the Arandolian Islands where the worship to Eris is not only permitted, but also widely encouraged! This place is the foul swamps and marshes of the region knowns as "the Edgelands", where anarchism runs rampant and the law is simply nonexistent.
The Edgelanders are basically a large bunch of pirates, bandits, murderers, smugglers and drug addicts with no formal leadership or unity, but still they are quite the fierce opponents to face thanks to the wicked ways of their foul Goddess Eris. They are absolutely unscrupulous and feel actual joy in slaughtering people instead of any kind of regret or empathy, doing so as indiscriminately as one can possibly be. They kill anybody without any prejudice at all, from the mightiest foe to the most defenseless and innocent child, only for the sake of watching the world burn on their wake. Not even their own kin is free from their bloodlust, and so what mostly keeps them in check at their own region is the fact that they are always slaughtering each other instead of uniting under a single banner to attack the other righteous amazons.

The wicked and corrupted amazons who fully embrace this particularly dark martial doctrine excel in intimidation and demoralization of their foes through nefarious means like painting themselves red in actual blood or hurling decapitated heads over the enemy ranks, using sheer psychological horror to terrorize even the bravest of people who face them. They usually adopt an utterly reckless stance in battle, often even fighting under the effects of strong hallucinogenic drugs that only renders them even more wicked and deadly. Many of those who fought them claim that they feel no pain and do not fear death, which further contributes for their already very menacing reputation.
