Strengths: Unrelenting courage, loyalty and passion. They are always born in pairs, having a perfect syncrony with their twins.
Weaknesses: Short tempered and stubborn. Too dependant on fighting as duos. Vulnerable individual fighters when isolated.
Leidenschaft Swordswisters
The Leidenschaft Swordsisters are amongst the boldest, fiercest and fieriest amazon women on the entire land of Arandolia. They're all not-too-distant relatives of the legendary Cassandra Leidenschaft, the Red Widow of Arandolia herself, so every single one of those passionate redheads fight like lionesses to the very bitter end.
On the other hand, Leidenshaft women are quite infamous for being rather stubborn and short-tempered because of how strong are their emotions. They have a big heart and a hot head, as well as the annoying habit of playing childish pranks on everyone around them. They may love you with a burning passion in the very same way they might hate you with a fervorous hatred, so it's better to be on the right end of their intense and clingy affections, than on the unfortunate end of their sharp blades.

There is even a saying in Arandolia that says: "For the good or for the bad, a Leidenschaft's passion to their family, clan and beloved ones is forever."
​Moreover, the Leidenschaft are always born in pairs. Their twins tend to join the military together, learning to fight as one and to defend their identical sisters while working together as a highly synchronized team of capable warrioresses. If a Leidenschaft Swordsister is already a deadly opponent all by herself, side by side with her own kin she will be several times deadlier.
So they fight as one, wielding their fearsome Bastard Swords as either a one-handed or a two-handed weapon, which renders them very versatile on any battlefield. They can fight as either shielded Heavy Infantry or as ferouscious Assault Infantry on their commander's orders, and even mix both fighting styles with each pair of twins having one twin on aggressive two-handed stance, while the other covers her flank with a highly defensive and shielded one-handed fighting stance. This confuses the adversary troops as one twin blocks all incoming attacks at the same time the other is striking as hard as possible, cutting their way through the enemy ranks like a hot knife on a slab of butter.
Leidenschaft Infantry regiments are therefore feared by even the fiercest generals who face them, making anyone think very carefully before attacking any of the clan's allies. Because the Leidenschaft always answer the call to arms sent by their friends. And wherever they go, they are sure to fight with all their hearts and cover each others' backs no matter what, coming back with their sisters by their side, or not coming back at all.
