Persephonian Hussars
Persephonian Hussars are all about speed and skill. Usually rather small and shorty women from the high nobility of the Persephonian Plains, they forsake any excessive amount of armour on their own selves and on their horses in order to ease the burden of their steeds and gain more impetus and maneuverability as a result. They are some of the only amazon nobles to go to battle as light cavalry instead of heavy cavalry units, but still they show off their opulence and high social status through wearing beautifully adorned gear, including two ornamental wings attached to their backs.

Loyal firstly to the Duchy of Persephone's Plains and only then to the Kaiserin Royal Crown, those Hussars are a very proud fighting force. Their helmets are steel masks depicting their own faces, protecting their heads just as much as making sure that their allies and enemies can easily discern each individual one from the rest of the regiment. That's for the purpose of standing out and building a reputation for themselves, bringing fame and renown for their respective noble houses.
Persephonian Hussars are therefore quite formidable opponents who excel in outriding heavier cavalry units, just as well as at harassing infantry regiments and missile troops alike. Their superior speed and agility are their main strength, though their relatively light armour makes them more vulnerable than other amazon nobles on the battlefield. Arrows and spears can bring down their exposed horses with ease, but the tough part is to actually hit them, since they are simply too fast for their own good.
