Bookkeeper
Every organization in the world must deal with a multitude of internal problems that can severely dampen its strength as a whole. Small things like: wastage of resources, unpredicted delays, idle workforce, corruption, human error, misinformation and etc., can pile up and become a massive weight for any institution to carry around. And the more the instution grows, the more chaotic this environment tends to become.

That's when the organization in question (be it military, economic, political or whatever) needs to hire someone to keep things in order. By keeping meticulous track of every asset, transaction and personnel around them, Bookkeepers can easily find, identify and rectify all those aforementioned problems, substantially improving the overall efficiency of the institution they work for.

Of course, their services aren't cheap due to the high qualification necessary to properly do their jobs, but the cost reductions and efficiency improvements they bring with their work more than repays their hefty wages.

However, the expensive wages aren't the only downside in employing someone who has such an unlimited access to all your assets and private documents. Bookkeepers will inevitably get to know too much about anything they oversee. They'll hold unvaluable information which your enemies might desire, so a wise leader keeps their allies close, and their bookkeeper even closer.
