*The Kaiserin Dynasty developed a mild form of albinism throughout the generations due to intensive inbreeding at the royal court. It is not a complete lack of melanin, but a substantial scarceness of it. Because of that, Althea and all her offspring are pale-skined with really light hair.

Reputation: Beloved and deeply respected by all her subjects and vassals. Althea is seen as a wise and fair ruler, who listen to the people's pleas and take good care of her subjects.

Skills: As a diplomat sent abroad to represent her nation around Europe back in her youth, Althea is innately a great moderator to settle disputes amongst others. She knows how to play politics and exercise her Royal power upon the others without ever needing to resource to violence. Though when violence is needed, such as in case of war, she isn't very good at bestowing it.
